When I first narrowed the back end I used the California Imports Modified Type 1 axle. As you can see, they did not hold up to the 2017cc, (or my led foot), After breaking 3 of them I gave up and purchased a solid torsion axle made by SAW. These were also purchased from C.I. who are by far one of the best dealers I have run across.
